Effective date: August 4, 2026. Last updated: August 4, 2026.

Signature Roofing ("Signature Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit mysignatureroofing.com, call or text us, request an estimate, or hire us for roofing, gutter, or related services, and how we use, share, and protect that information.

By using our website or providing us your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information to us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you fill out a form, request an estimate, schedule an inspection, call or text us, or communicate with our team. This may include:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile and landline phone numbers
  • Your email address
  • The service address and mailing address for your property
  • Details about your roof, gutters, or project, including photos, measurements, and inspection findings
  • Insurance claim information you choose to share with us for storm or damage claims
  • Appointment history, estimates, invoices, and payment records
  • Any other information you include in a message, form, or conversation with us

We do not store full payment card numbers on our website. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own security standards.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • IP address and general location (city or region level)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and links clicked
  • The website or ad that referred you to us
  • Search terms used to find our site

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions, quote requests, and service requests
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on estimates, inspections, and jobs
  • Send appointment reminders, arrival notifications, and job status updates
  • Prepare estimates, contracts, invoices, and warranty documentation
  • Process payments and maintain business records
  • Provide customer support and handle warranty or service claims
  • Send you offers, seasonal maintenance reminders, and other marketing communications by email or mail, which you may opt out of at any time. Marketing text messages are sent only to customers who have separately opted in, as described in Section 3.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • Measure the performance of our advertising and marketing
  • Comply with legal, tax, licensing, insurance, and contractual obligations

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any sharing with third parties. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number, your text messaging opt-in, or your SMS consent. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, customer service, and scheduling software, is permitted solely so that we can deliver our own messages to you, and those providers may not use the information for any other purpose.

How we obtain your consent

We only send text messages to phone numbers we have permission to text.

For customer care and appointment-related texts about an estimate or job, you may give us permission by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website
  • Providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text when you request an estimate or schedule service
  • Texting us first from your mobile number
  • Verbally agreeing to text communication when speaking with our team, which we record in our customer file

For marketing and promotional texts, we obtain your prior express written consent by having you check a separate, clearly labeled opt-in box on our website form. We do not send marketing texts based on verbal consent, based on your having texted us, or based on your having requested an estimate.

Providing consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Signature Roofing.

Types of messages you may receive

  • Customer care and transactional messages: estimate and appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival notifications, job updates, follow-up questions, invoices, and payment links
  • Marketing and promotional messages: seasonal roof and gutter maintenance reminders, inspection offers, and promotions, sent only if you opted in to marketing messages

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Customer care messages are sent as needed in connection with your estimate or project. Marketing messages, if you opted in to receive them, are typically sent no more than four times per month. You may receive additional messages in response to your own texts to us.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Signature Roofing does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You may also opt out by calling us at 208-631-1640 or emailing [email protected]. If you opt out of texts, we may still contact you by phone, email, or mail about an active job.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at 208-631-1640 or [email protected].

Supported carriers

Our messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.

These SMS terms are part of this Privacy Policy and are also referenced in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Phone calls and call recording

We may record or monitor phone calls with our office for quality assurance, training, dispatch accuracy, and record-keeping purposes. Where a call is recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call and may ask that the recording be stopped or choose to continue by another method. We may also use call tracking numbers to measure which marketing sources generate calls. Call tracking captures information such as the number you called from, the time and duration of the call, and the marketing source associated with the number you dialed.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business, including our field service management and CRM platform, our text messaging and phone providers, email marketing tools, hosting and website providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and our marketing agency. These vendors may access your information only as needed to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
  • Trade partners on your project. Where necessary to complete your job, we may share the details needed with material suppliers, manufacturers for warranty registration, subcontractors, dumpster or delivery vendors, and financing partners you apply through.
  • Insurance and claims. If you are filing a storm or damage claim, we may share inspection findings, photos, and scope documentation with your insurance carrier or adjuster at your direction.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, to enforce a contract, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Signature Roofing, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If Signature Roofing is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our pages, and measure and improve our advertising.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and visitor behavior in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and sessions. We have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features, which means Google Analytics may collect data about your visit through Google advertising cookies and identifiers in addition to the data it collects through standard Analytics implementation, and data from Google Analytics may be combined with Google advertising data to build audiences and measure our ad performance. You can learn more at Google's page on how it uses data from partner sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising and remarketing

We advertise through Google Ads and may use other advertising platforms, including social media platforms such as Meta. These services, and third-party vendors including Google, use first-party and third-party cookies together to:

  • Report on how our ads, other uses of ad services, and interactions with our ads relate to visits to our site
  • Show our ads to you on other websites and apps across the internet, a practice known as remarketing or retargeting
  • Build audiences of people who have visited our site so we can reach similar homeowners
  • Measure conversions such as form submissions and phone calls that result from our ads

We do not use sensitive information to target ads, and we do not target ads based on health, financial hardship, or similar sensitive categories.

How to control ad personalization

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, and our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where our site receives a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising cookies on that browser.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us, or contact us using the details below.
  • Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us and we will remove you.
  • Marketing calls and mail. Ask us to stop and we will note your preference in our records.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records to meet legal, warranty, tax, or insurance obligations, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
  • Do not sell or share. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use cookie-based advertising as described in Section 6, which under some state privacy laws is considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out of that activity, use the ad-personalization and cookie controls listed in Section 6, or contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and we will honor your request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls, password protection, and encryption in transit for information submitted through our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.

9. How long we keep information

We keep customer records, project documentation, and warranty information for as long as needed to service your roof, honor warranties, and meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations. Marketing contact information is kept until you opt out or ask us to delete it. Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics platform we use.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to other sites, such as manufacturer pages, financing partners, or review platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated policy here. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

13. How to contact us
